Your missions

Overview:

BerryDunn is seeking an individual with experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to liaise with local government clients throughout the lifecycle of software implementations. This role will ensure that the client’s operational interests are being fully executed by providing consulting services which include business analysis, project management, user acceptance testing, and organizational change management. 

 

You will be responsible for the logging, reporting, and achievement of project objectives in the OCM area. This includes scheduling activities and resources related to OCM. This position is planned to sit remotely to support client work in various states. You will report to Managers in the Local Government Practice Group. 

 

Travel Expectation: Up to 50% travel. 

You Will:
  • Collaborate with multiple functional area stakeholders to manage the work of the BerryDunn project team related to OCM activities and ensure that the system meets the defined expectations of the business.
  • Create and maintain documentation of business process, integration, and related data architecture to identify areas of friction, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive consensus with business and technical teams to determine the best solution to business problems, output needs, and the delivery of new technology solutions and enhancements.
  • Document and escalate project change logs, issues, risks, and/or decisions to BerryDunn leadership, the client, and other project stakeholders, ensuring documented changes are addressed/resolved.
  • Provide frequent, clear, and consistent communication to the client, external stakeholders, project team members, vendors, and direct reports.
You Have:
  • A thorough understanding of the basic concepts of organizational change management methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role with one year of experience with Organizational Change Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the day-to-day activities of the project team and members including assigning and controlling tasks, schedules, and performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate with client and vendor organizations.
  • Strong documentation and reporting background and demonstrated proactive problem management skills.
Compensation Details:

The base salary range targeted for this role is $80,000-$110,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
