The Senior Manager, Product Insights is responsible for leading and developing a team of 4-6 analysts to identify opportunities for optimizing the impact of our products and operations. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in cross-functional partnerships, with a proven track record of influencing partners to leverage data capabilities for faster value delivery. Duties and Responsibilities:Multiply the impact of a team of 4-6 analysts focused on delivering and scaling insights for Product, Clinical, Care, and Marketing teams.Ensure stakeholders are equipped to drive data-informed decision making and understand their impact within broader business contextEstablish and track progress toward goals with direct reports, providing individualized support to maintain engagement, overcome roadblocks, and reprioritize as neededActively participate in the Engineering/Product/Design/Data leadership team, advising on strategy and roadmapping over the 6-24 month time horizonLead recruitment and hiring for any open positions that directly report to youQualifications:Experience leading data and analytics-focused discussions with Product, Operational, Clinical, and executive audiences on topics such as program results presentation and detailed analysis methodology walkthroughs.Experience with employer-sponsored healthcare and the use of healthcare-related data (e.g., claims, eligibility, product data, clinical data) to develop and deliver insights.Ability to build relationships with key partners, provide input to long-term roadmaps, and coach teams on competency development.Exceptional written communication skills, crucial in our distributed remote environment where asynchronous communication is key to producing results.Consistent judgment and decision-making skills to drive your team toward pursuing the highest expected value work.Experience leading a remote or hybrid team and managing the challenges of interpersonal relationship development, communication, and alignment in such environments.5+ years of experience delivering business value through analytics3+ years of experience leading analytics professionals in a managerial or team lead role (preferred).Strong understanding of tools like SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, or similar toolsExperience leveraging AI/ML for deriving and forecasting insightsPhysical/Cognitive Requirements:Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: 138,380 - 195,470 + equity + benefits
Zone B: 159,137 - 224,791 + equity + benefits
Zone C: 172,975 - 244,338 + equity + benefits
Zone D: 179,894 - 254,111 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
