Key Responsibilities
  • Product Execution: Drive the day-to-day execution of the product lifecycle, ensuring that product features and improvements are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Feature Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to define, scope, and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Continuously gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and usage patterns to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing support for product initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development efficiency and collaboration.
  • Customer Focus: Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, using these insights to drive product decisions and ensure a customer-centric approach.
  • Product Metrics: Monitor key product metrics, such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven adjustments to improve the product’s performance.
  • Operational Support: Assist in developing and maintaining detailed product documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal teams and customers.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead product sprints, manage backlogs, and ensure the product development follows agile best practices.

  • Requirements
  • 8-10 years of product management experience building and growing products at scale.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership, managing and growing a strong PM team while developing senior-level Product leaders.
  • Proven experience building, launching, and scaling successful products from 10 to 100 at a product-led 200-500 people-sized organization.
  • Have led the build and execution of a multi-year product strategy based on a growing company’s vision.
  • A track record of identifying new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape.
  • Enjoy working in a remote start-up environment and can learn and adapt quickly.
  • B2B SaaS experience and cybersecurity/compliance experience are major pluses
