BAM is an independent full-service digital marketing agency serving Fortune-500 and startup clients alike. We run digital marketing strategy for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. If you are experienced at driving integrated digital marketing strategy and passionate about growing customer relationships and optimizing digital performance, come join the BAM team in either our Montreal or New York offices (or join us remotely from anywhere in the Eastern or Central time zones)!

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be responsible for partnering with clients and agency team leads to create and optimize digital marketing strategy for each brand in your portfolio of client accounts, as well as recommending strategic pivots to these strategies based on performance metrics.

  • Lead key client accounts in the design and presentation of multi-channel marketing strategy and communications plans for major marketing initiatives (e.g. product launch, seasonal campaign, new website architecture, customer journey mapping); 
  • Determine KPIs to measure and track success, interpret key marketing performance data insights and deliver client presentations outlining your plans to optimize performance;
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic recommendations;
  • Help the agency to refine current strategic services and develop new offerings;
  • Own quality and completeness of all internal project briefs written about your accounts (translating a client ask into a solid strategy and plan of action);
  • Be an advisory voice on all agency work: thinking partner for clients and agency teams.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Experience in a mid- to senior level marketing strategy role with B2C and B2B clients (agency experience preferred);
  • Experience developing marketing strategies across a mix of disciplines, which may include: brand strategy, comms planning, CX and UX design, content strategy, social media strategy, and demand generation
  • Solid experience interpreting data, analyzing digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommending improvements that drive business value;
  • Hustle and willingness to learn: you are proactive, you speak your mind and welcome feedback to ensure your team’s output is the best it can be;
  • English writing, presentation and data storytelling skills; bilingual English/French preferred!
