This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

As a HubSpot Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform to enhance our marketing, sales, and customer service processes. You will work closely with various teams to implement strategies that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and overall business growth. Your expertise in HubSpot will be crucial in leveraging its full potential to meet our strategic goals.


Job Description:

  • HubSpot Management: Oversee and maintain the HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives, leveraging HubSpot’s tools.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing workflows to engage prospects, enhance customer relationships, and drive conversions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and analyze reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Integration: Manage and optimize integrations between HubSpot and other systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and third-party applications).
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices, tools, and functionalities.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives and leverage HubSpot’s capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to HubSpot functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

 

 



Requirements

 

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with HubSpot, including hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing HubSpot implementations and campaigns.
  • Certifications: HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software) is desirable but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices.
    • Proficiency in HubSpot’s CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools.
    • Experience with lead generation, email marketing, and workflow automation.
    • Analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret reports and dashboards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to train and support team members effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts is a plus.
    • Experience with integrating HubSpot with other platforms and tools is advantageous.
