Skills & Experience
Strong computer skills - workplace experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)
Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales position preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred
Ability to operate different computer applications
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; effective listener
Good grammar, voice and diction / polished phone skills
Excellent time management and organizational expertise; ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Can work independently in a fast-paced environment
Able to present a professional image at all times to customers, prospects and co-workers
Enjoys helping others: friendly, passionate, and eager to succeed
Responsibilities Include
B2B cold calling: proactively initiate contacts, prospects, web leads, and current customers resulting in new opportunities
Speaking to potential clients (such as Maintenance Managers at Industrial or Manufacturing companies) regarding new products, services, promotions and programs
Establish “warm/hot leads” with Senior Sales Reps via e-mail and phone
Track progress of leads in CRM; organize calls and schedule follow ups with new and existing opportunities
Data Mining: acquire contact information of potential leads from social media and other internet/media sources
Generation of marketing lists
Maintain records of warm & hot leads
Execute special projects allocated by management when needed
Report directly to manager of department
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HYTORC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range of total compensation is $40,000 to $120,000.
