As a Lead Dealer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role enhancing the success of our dealers by providing comprehensive support in the department’s core dealer obsession initiatives to ensure that our primary customer is delighted every touchpoint. You will be part of a team to drive dealer engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and advocacy. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Event teams to ensure the seamless execution of dealer events and the dealer recognition and celebration program that highlights top performing dealerships nationwide. Your efforts will contribute directly to promoting the reputation and growth of Credit Acceptance's Dealer Success team.


 

Event Support:

  • Coordinate with the Sales and Event teams to facilitate dealer event logistics, identify locations and venues, shipping of materials, and onsite details.
  • Assist in pre- and post-event processes:
    • Pre-event processes include, but are not limited to, develop invitations, confirmations, and reminders to drive attendance, create registration forms and surveys, shipping onsite promotional materials, and ongoing communications with the Sales team.
    • Post-event processes include, but are not limited to, communicating with attendees to drive survey responses, and sharing survey results; combine meeting notes and dealer action items.
  • Tradeshow logistics from end-to-end such as working with the vendor to identify key information, register attendees, order promotional materials, onsite coordination, and develop forms to measure dealer interactions. 
  • Identify and secure branded elements, obtaining customized materials as needed for each event.
  • Attend meetings as required to ensure effective event coordination.

Awards/Recognition/Celebration:

  • Support initiatives related to Dealer Recognition and Celebration.
  • Facilitate the purchase and distribution of dealer awards, such as plaques, trophies, branded materials, and more for top performing dealerships.
  • Communicate with Sales team of upcoming awards and the logistics of receiving and presenting said awards to dealers.
  • Provide Sales team with social media options and templates for dealers to highlight their achievements and milestones on our program.

Dealer Stories:

  • Help promote Dealer Success by sharing dealer stories and identify opportunities that can be used in social media to demonstrate our dealer-centric mindset from attending dealer meetings and Dealer Recognition & Celebration (DRC) initiatives.
  • Encourage Sales and dealers to share and repost content, boosting social engagement.
  • Aggregate fresh dealer content from dealer interactions and the Sales team to share with Marketing.

Sales Communication:

  • Communicate event details, dealer awards, and recognition logistics to the sales team.
  • Provide event-related information, answer inquiries, and create "Know Before You Go" (KBYG) materials.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to event attendees, offering a personalized and attentive experience.

Industry Associations and Organizations:

  • Conduct research to identify industry associations and organizations nationwide for potential dealer engagement based on member benefits, cost, dealer interaction opportunities.
  • Manage a comprehensive contact database of key personnel.
  • Identify relevant events and networking opportunities, tracking important dates.

Promotional Materials:

  • Research and propose branded materials suitable for different events and awards, considering the target audience and purpose.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate teams to acquire promotional giveaways.
  • Coordinate with Events team to ensure proper inventory of promotional items and identify when new materials need to be ordered.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years experience in event coordination, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
  • Experience in sales communication, industry engagement, and promotional materials management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) or similar applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred:

  • Experience with event tools or similar marketing automation tools.

Targeted Compensation: $108,000 - $127,000 base salary + an annual bonus plan.
