Job Description:
As a Strategy Associate at Gathern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our
company. Your expertise in strategic analysis, project management, problem-solving, and
communication will be essential in driving business growth and operational efficiency. You will be
involved in key projects such as exploring new revenue streams, geographic expansions, and their
related initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with the VP of Finance and other senior leaders
to deliver insights and implement strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders based on
data-driven insights.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful execution of strategic
initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as
needed.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external
stakeholders.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and
develop actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and
persuasively.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning tools.
