What you’ll do
We’re a small, growing business offering HR outsourcing to small and midsize organizations (including non-profits and private foundations). You’ll own the full cycle B2B sales process helping potential clients understand how we can elevate their businesses through people.
 
Day-to-day you will:
  • Engage incoming leads via marketing and referrals
  • Be a hunter, out there researching, cold-calling, networking, and prospecting to drive new leads
  • Proactively manage the entire sales funnel
  • Use your strong understanding of our business to professionally convey our services and represent our brand
  • Formulate pricing options and create proposals
  • Aid in the smooth onboarding of new clients creating a seamless handoff to our HR client services team
  • Establish and maintain relationships and build a referral network
  • Partner closely with our Marketing Department to grow our brand awareness and bring on new clients 
  • Foster strong relationships with our client services teams to deeply understand our business
 
What you need to thrive in this role

  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of full-cycle sales with at least 3+ years in B2B sales within a services industry. Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, staffing, or related services is helpful, not required.  
    • A verifiable history of success in sales 
    • Experience prospecting for new clients via networking, social media, building partnerships, and referral partners. 
    • Experience using a CRM (we use HubSpot) and utilizing CRM best practices to drive new sales, nurture leads, and manage to your KPIs
  • Organizational and time management skills to juggle all aspects of the sales process
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • We are looking for someone with compassion, drive, & who is open-minded with a positive attitude
  • Outstanding authentic relationship-building skills
  • Location: Remote- with occasional required visits to Bethlehem, Pa- the closer you are, the better! 
    • Up to 25% travel within the regional area for internal and prospect meetings and networking with occasional overnight weeknight stays.
