Position: Part-time Salesforce Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand clients' business processes and requirements to provide customized Salesforce solutions

- Monitor helpdesk and assist client concerns

- Collaborate with clients to identify pain points and provide recommendations for improvement

- Configure and customize Salesforce platform to meet clients' specific needs

- Develop and implement Salesforce best practices and procedures

- Train clients' end-users on Salesforce functionalities and features

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients' Salesforce solutions

- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features to provide clients with the latest solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects

- Communicate project progress and updates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various modules

- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into Salesforce solutions

- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools and Apex coding

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Consultant) is a plus

- Flexible schedule and ability to work part-time (20-30 hours per week)
