Responsible for the all aspects of the S2P process within the company. S 2P process involves the sourcing, negotiating, and contracting of supplier goods and services for indirect, device and network as well as the receipt of the goods and services, and the management and settlement of payables.
Leader will be expected to transform the S2P function which includes
- Building the team, processes, and capabilities
- Ensuring alignment with company’s overall business objectives
- Maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders and suppliers
Responsibilities - Sourcing and Supplier Management
- Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the evaluation, selection, and management of suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Negotiations and Contract Management
- Lead negotiations focused on Total Cost of Ownership (final landed cost) that include working capital considerations and long term value creation
- Oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Resolve contractual disputes and manage risk effectively.
- Procurement Operations
- Develop procurement policies and processes to ensure prior approvals before POs.
- Improve spend under management
- Develop and implement supplier performance management programs, including regular reviews and feedback
- Accounts Payable
- Oversee the Accounts Payable function
- Ensure timely payment of supplier payments while managing working capital
- Partner with Procurement Ops and Sourcing groups to optimize supplier terms
- Effectiveness Measures
- Build a S2P Scorecard
- Cost and Cash Management: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the procurement process.
- Quality: Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery of all goods and services
- Leadership
- Build, lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and product development, to understand and support their sourcing needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization to drive cohesive procurement strategies.
- Lead the S2P organization through the ongoing org transformation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- 15 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Combination of consulting and operating experience preferred. Prior experience in a PE operated portfolio company highly desired
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships at a senior level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) are advantageous.

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $135,493 – $193,562
