Title: Senior Aliate Manager - Forex Company (Remote/Cyprus)

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Aliate Manager for our Forex company based in Cyprus. We are

seeking an experienced professional to lead our aliate marketing efforts, manage key partnerships,

and drive growth through strategic initiatives. This position offers the exibility of remote work or

on-site presence in Cyprus, providing an exciting opportunity to excel in the global forex industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute aliate marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain high-qualityaliates.
  • Identify and recruit new aliate partners, including top-tier aliates, introducing brokers(IBs), and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing aliates, providing support, training,and incentives to maximize performance.
  • Analyze aliate performance, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaigns to increase conversionrates, retention, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align aliate efforts with overall businessobjectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate and manage aliate agreements, commissions, and payouts, ensuring fairnessand transparency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adaptstrategies accordingly.
  • Implement tracking and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of aliatecampaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes,challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior aliate managers or team members, fostering acollaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related eld. MBA or relevant certicationspreferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in aliate marketing, preferably within the forex or nancialservices industry.
  • Strong understanding of aliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing aliate programs and driving revenuegrowth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintain relationships with aliates and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with prociency in data analysis tools and techniques to evaluateperformance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of tracking platforms, aliate networks, and CRM systems (e.g., HasOffers,Partnerize, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the forex industry.9. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.10. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, or Arabic would be a plus.
