Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Cloud/Peoplesoft project experience leading complex implementations, understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success, and delivering comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. As a key member of our talented Cloud team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers and consultants to develop, plan and implement Cloud solutions across our many Cloud projects in Public Sector.

Responsibilities

  • Solid knowledge and application of key Change Management, Communications and Business Process principles
  • Proven ability to assess organization readiness for change, develop change management and communication plans and deal with resistance to change
  • Prepare for change by conducting change assessments to understand the size and complexity of the change
  • Engage and reach out to clients/team members across business unit to integrate communications strategies and change-related activities
  • Advising executives or senior management on using internal communication to achieve business goals
  • Assist with the development of the required change management deliverables including, but not limited to: the Change Management strategy and plan, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement plan, sponsor roadmaps and training plan
  • Develop and implement communications and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Conduct readiness assessments, monitor adoption, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary
  • Proficient at facilitating workshops
  • Experience with development and delivery of training

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
  • 7-10 years’ OCM experience with PeopleSoft and/or Oracle Cloud projects in a Public Sector environment strongly preferred
  • Sales presentation experience strongly desired
  • Solid background in communications and implementing communication plans, conducting business process assessments, leading presentations, and strong business process documentation skills
  • Relevant university or college degree
  • Prior IT consulting experience strongly desired
  • Change management certification is considered an asset
