What’s the job?
The Lead Generation Representative is responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with potential customers, generating interest in the company's offerings, and qualifying leads for further engagement by the sales team. This role requires effective communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
- CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
- Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
- Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and feedback on lead generation campaigns' effectiveness.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Not Required But Would Be a Great Asset
- Experience in the Amazon and/or Shopify marketplace is a plus.
Is it remote and what are the hours like?
This position is remote (must be able to work on EST hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday).
What’s the pay?
The compensation starts at Php 21,000 with bonus OTEs!
