Your missions

This is a remote position.

Scope:

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

We’re specifically looking for a candidate based in Pakistan who will work remotely. Priority will be given to underrepresented/diverse candidates. Working hours are 3PM to 12AM (Pakistan time) to align with the US Eastern Time Zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on target industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
Identify potential leads through various online and offline channels
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads in the CRM system
Assist in qualifying leads based on predefined criteria
Send initial outreach emails or make introductory calls to potential leads
Support our Head of Growth and Partnerships in other aspects of business development as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
1-2 years of experience in deal sourcing or business development, ideally in an investment (VC/PE/Credit,etc) environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand topics across climate, sustainability, and finance
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements effectively
Proficiency in using CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
