YOUR ROLE:

The Procurement End-to-End Process Owner is a dynamic and strategic position ideal for leaders skilled in optimizing complex business processes.

In this pivotal role, you will lead and innovate by managing a team of 5-10 Business Process Experts, collaborating with IT Solution Owners to drive critical design decisions that enhance system functionality and business outcomes. You will ensure compliance with rigorous process standards, excel in risk management, and implement a governance model that encourages innovative problem-solving and significant process improvements. Your ability to effectively communicate strategic visions will be essential in transforming complex plans into clear, actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.


Your primary responsibility will be driving the template design, deployment, and enhancements for procurement processes. You will ensure integration and alignment with other teams to promote seamless collaboration and operational coherence. You will also lead the transformation to align legacy procurement systems with the new global template. Additionally, you will critically review template designs and escalate concerns if key business outcomes, goals, and timelines are at risk.




WHO YOU ARE:

  • 10+ years of experience, preferably in a leadership role working across multiple business units or functions (including Procurement)
  • Understanding of financial implications of ERP implementations, including cost management and ROI analysis
  • Ability to steer and motivate a solution-oriented business team of 5+ FTEs and manage team dynamics effectively
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, including negotiation, program management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive change management towards business teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and translate guidance into clear next steps
  • Proficient in analyzing complex business processes and simplifying them into clear, actionable insights
  • Ability to develop long-term strategies that align ERP functionalities with overall business objectives
  • Proven leader capable of inspiring, educating, motivating, and aligning work seamlessly across varied audiences
  • leader with experience working across business processes with expertise & knowledge in procurement strategies, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.
  • You have a moderate to deep knowledge of the Life Sciences industry
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
