Job description

As the Performance Marketing Lead at Make you will play a pivotal managerial role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition growth. This is a hands-on position where your expertise in creating and optimizing digital campaigns will be key to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at growing our customer acquisition efforts
  • Manage a team of specialists responsible for different channels including SEO, Paid Ads, Partner Marketing, and Influencer Marketing
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for each team member and channel
  • Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance optimization across all channels
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members
  • Analyze data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, experience in SaaS businesses is preferred
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, influencer marketing, and social media marketing principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
