Job description

Spiralyze is a data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) company that uses design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic. We figure out what makes visitors convert, we design solutions, and we measure impact to see how well it’s working.

CRO is an industry that will enjoy massive growth over the next decade. We are the leader in our space and work with a who’s who of SaaS clients (your mom will be impressed when you tell her about the clients you are bringing in the door).

We’re looking for someone great to join our Scraper team!

Position:

Your primary task is to audit A/B tests via the Company's proprietary software.

You will take extreme amounts of initiative and enthusiasm to get stuff done. You may not know how, but you figure it out by asking the right people.

We’re looking for someone who has initiative but is still open to learning our processes. Most importantly, you need to win! In order to win, you are a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role.

Your daily tasks will entail documenting, editing, and presenting reports to our project managers, developers, and your team leader and audit team.

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail to make sure everything is in place!

Responsibilities:

  • Auditing A/B tests via the Company's proprietary software
  • Documenting reports via Google Spreadsheets and the Company's proprietary software
  • Visiting websites for test verification
  • Reporting any potential system bugs and coordinating with the project manager, development team, team leader, and audit team accordingly
  • Taking, editing, and uploading website screenshots onto the Company's software
  • Other tasks as the project supervisor/s may assign

Requirements and skills:

  • A whiz in Google Workspace: Has experience in working with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Detail-oriented: Has a sharp eye for scanning for errors.
  • Expert in learning: Can easily be trained in learning the processes.
  • Communication guru: Excellent command of the English language in speaking and writing.
  • Can self-manage: Strong ability to prioritize and make discretionary decisions.
  • Above-average IQ, EQ, and drive.
  • Able to work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, part of which will overlap with Eastern Standard Time for at least 4 hours every day (normally 8:00 PM - 12:00 MN, Philippine Standard Time). (The other 4-hour schedule is to be determined by your Team Leader.)
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment: You will have to meet daily audit targets per day during and after your training period.
  • Adaptable: Must be versatile in adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment and fluctuating workloads.
  • Detail-oriented: Type ‘purple’ into the References field of the application form.
  • Open-minded: Aims to get better and understand that soliciting and acting on feedback is the path to get there.
  • Team-player: Embraces teamwork but is still able to work independently
  • Can’t stop winning:  Highly motivated, assiduous and determined.
  • Available for training anytime between 1:00 pm-12:00 am PHT (Philippine Standard Time).

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Some knowledge of A/B Testing
  • Knowledge of Asana, Slack, Zoom, EditThisCookie, Snipping Tool, TimeDoctor, Paint or Photoshop.

Benefits:

  • Cutting-edge work: Learn from the leaders in the high growth Conversion Rate Optimization sector.
  • Work location: Permanently remote
  • Competitive salary. Note: The contract for this position is for an independent contractor.
  • Technological reimbursement: Need a new computer? New software? We will help!
  • Education: You’ll have the opportunity to level up your skills with company-sponsored courses and training.
  • Paid leave: 20 days of annual paid vacation plus holiday leaves. You can choose to follow the US or local holidays.
