Your role
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation team in designing, building,and maintaining high-quality digital solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation,ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure digital solutions using Java, JavaScript, and modern microservice architecture.
- API Development: Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs to ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange between systems.
- Quality Assurance: Prioritize code quality and ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, security and performance optimization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners,
- UX/UI designers and developers, QA engineers, infra developers etc to deliver high-quality products.
- Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and articulate technical concepts.
- Ownership: Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drivecontinuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Who you are
- Experience in software development, with a focus on ecommerce platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React, or Angular), and
- microservice architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- APIs: Strong understanding of API design and development, including RESTful services.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with excellent mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
