Job description

This is a remote position.

Digita Global Marketing Ltd. (DGM) is a full-service communications (creative, advertising, marketing) agency based in Kingston, Jamaica. Our vision is to inspire innovation and incubate creativity in the global media, technology and advertising landscapes.

Responsibilities:



Daily Responsibilities

  • Update all customer channels with project statuses by 8:45 AM

  • Update department channel with client summaries by 8:45 AM

  • Update achievement channel completed tasks by 5:00 PM

  • Respond to messages within a 30-minute response frame

  • Coordinate and participate in external meetings and huddles

  • Conduct community management for social media channels, addressing comments, messages, and mentions, promptly and appropriately

  • Engage with followers, foster community growth, and maintain and improve a positive brand image

  • Plan, create and executive advertising strategies and campaigns to achieve client goals across social media, Google  and other digital channels

  • Manage client budgets to ensure no overspending keeping within established advertising budget guidelines per client

  • Track, update and report on internal and external scopes for assigned clients ensuring each task is delivered for the month

  • Any other duties which may be assigned


Weekly Responsibilities

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, page growth and follower growth per digital platform and make recommendations to improve the same

  • Generate weekly reports to track progress, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Complete a ‘Customer Success Call’ to gain an appreciation for overall customer sentiment and ascertain action items and focal areas for the future

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, enhance brand awareness and drive conversions

  • Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.

  • Any other duties which may be assigned


Monthly Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish dynamic, engaging and creative content across various social media platforms

  • Collaborate with the digital and creative teams to ensure content aligns with the overall digital marketing strategy and brand voice.

  • Create and deliver the ‘Content Calendar’ by the 5th of each month for the period to come by review by the Snr Digital Marketing Officer and final sign-off by the Digital Lead
    Submit the approved content calendar to the Creative Department by the 15th of each month

  • Create monthly performance reports by the 10th of each month for various clients outlining successes, KPIs and recommendations for improvement

  • Submit ad spend report by the 5th of the month for the previous period.

  • Stay up to date on digital trends to enhance the effectiveness of contributions to the digital department

  • Any other duties which may be assigned




Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field

  • Digital Marketing Certificate

  • A minimum of 2 years experienc​e in digital marketing, and customer relations, particularly within the industry

  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools

  • Experience using email marketing software and ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Suite
