Job Description: 

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in email marketing, cold calling, and utilizing sales tools such as Apollo.io and Sales Navigator.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new leads and expand the client base.

  • Perform cold calling to engage with potential international clients and identify sales opportunities.

  • Utilize email marketing tools such as Apollo.io etc. to design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, aimed at attracting and converting prospects.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.

  • Use Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients, leveraging the platform’s tools for effective outreach and lead generation.

  • Track and report on all sales activities and results, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress in the sales pipeline.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform future strategies.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine effective sales strategies.

  • Share insights and feedback from outbound sales efforts to help shape overall sales tactics and improve outcomes.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven 2+ Years of experience in a business development or sales role.

  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, Cold calling, and lead-generation techniques.

  • Experience with email marketing tools, preferably Apollo.io.

  • Proficient in using Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to conduct effective cold calls and engage potential clients.

  • Strong analytical skills to track and analyze sales performance.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

  • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

Job timings: 3 PM - 6 PM IST / 6 PM - 3 AM IST (Monday - Friday)
