Your missions

The Senior Manager, Workday Integrations & Reporting will plan, direct, and coordinate integration and reporting projects across the organization. This individual will maximize system efficiencies in an effort to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business, servicing as the subject matter expert for Workday integration systems and touchpoints to other internal applications. The Senior Manager, Integrations and Reporting will manage Integrations & Reporting Applications team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Workday Integration system upgrades and system additions. Manages Design, implementation, delivery and support of Integration projects and functionality. 
  • Possesses accountability for data integrity, including quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability (includes core systems and related interfaces). Maintains data integrity of people application systems through pro-active means (audits, reports, etc.).
  • Manages direct report(s) performance, development, and training process to ensure a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Coach, teach, guide, motivate, and inspire the team, setting goals, assigning projects, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Partner with our internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions, process improvements, and policy changes designed to improve user experience and process efficiency. Evaluate our various systems and modify to meet demands.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday with an emphasis on Workday Integrations, Reporting, and Security
  • Work with internal teams on maintenance and improvement of the Workday system, including configuration, end user access, security, and system efficiency. 
  • Work as internal consultant for the business; develop strategies and tactics for providing various functional areas with enhanced data analytics and data visualization required for effective decision making. 
  • Maintain and promote awareness of Workday system capabilities, new releases and upgrades, and how they impact existing and future HR, Financials, and Payroll functionality. 
  • Participate in, and contribute to, all phases of our internal Workday implementations, from assessing company data, defining system requirements, designing and prototyping integration solutions, to configuration and testing within the Workday system.
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality in all work aspects and ensures continuing data integrity
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering discipline, or related field
  • 3-5 years’ relevant Workday integration systems experience
  • Experience in the Workday Integration toolset, supporting and enhancing Cloud Connects, EIBs and Studio required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)
  • Knowledge of support ticketing systems (i.e. Salesforce Service Cloud, Service Now)
  • Strong client service skills and ability to effectively assist system users to resolve problems and questions 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors as well as people within the organization.
