What You’ll Do
enFocus is seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for crafting and sharing compelling content (copy, graphics, images, and video) across various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and more. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for impactful stories and the ability to tailor content to engage diverse audiences across different channels. They will also be adept at measuring the success of content initiatives and continuously optimizing strategies for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, website content, case studies, and videos, that effectively tell the story of enFocus and resonate with our audience.
  • Channel Management: Tailor content to fit each specific platform (website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and ensure consistent brand messaging and voice.
  • Storytelling: Identify and highlight impactful stories that showcase the mission and achievements of enFocus.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the performance of content and campaigns using relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improved engagement.
  • Competitive Analysis: Identify competitors in the market and benchmark our content strategies against them to ensure enFocus remains at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align content initiatives with overall marketing and organizational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and storytelling to drive innovation and effectiveness in our strategies.

 

Skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation and marketing with an ability to identify and create story and content opportunities
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to craft engaging and impactful stories.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation and marketing, within a similar industry
  • Significant experience creating high-quality marketing content
  • Comprehensive understanding of impactful marketing tactics
  • Video editing/video creation 
  • Experience with press releases

Job Type
Full-time, permanent position. Salaried, non-exempt.

Location
This position is located in the South Bend-Elkhart region and expected to work in-person at enFocus offices in South Bend and Elkhart, Indiana, or Niles, Michigan, and on-site at community sponsors; however, this role will also have some flexibility to work from home on occasion.
