Job description

We are a public relations and investor relations company

The Role

Detailed Job Description

  • To provide support and assistance for media, public and investor relations work – including
  • research,
  • preparing powerpoint presentations,
  • following up with media queries/fund manager queries,
  • writing press releases/investor factsheets, and
  • assist with event and admin support. and Chinese translations
  • preparing powerpoint presentations,

Interns will gain good insight to investment and communications strategies and experience working on projects with public listed companies

Working Times

  • Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6pm
  • Interns may be required to work on weekends should there be events or meetings that require their assistance. However, such occasions will not be frequent

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Public Relations / PR within Professional Services industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin would be a strong advantage.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You must be proficient in using MS word, Excel and Powerpoint and should be proficient in English and Mandarin
