 Expert WDI Administrator / WebSphere Data Interchange Specialist. 

2.    Role Description and Attributes
Strong knowledge in production about mapping, trading partner implementation, and operational usage in WDI. environment.

Senior Knowledge of WDI architecture and best practices for development
Hands-on development and performance modeler in applications
Ability to write complex rules & job processes.
Setup up security, monitoring and Backup for these applications.
Should be able to document the Reporting Requirement.
Develop & publish packages using IBM WebSphere Data Interchange.
Develop reports based on the reporting requirement.

Advanced Knowledge in IBM WebSphere Data Interchange 
Create, deploy, execute, and manage data transformation and related standards-based processing
Support data mapping between standards-based EDI and internal application data formats in IBM WebSphere Data Interchange 

Excellent communication skill (both verbal and written) with overseas client handling experience.
Experience in documenting functional and technical design
Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
Ability to organize and plan work independently

Ability to learn to learn newer technologies that are needed for the project.
Must have ability to multi-task

Keep the Inventory up to date for all instances

Lead      and participate in outage calls
Mapping experience
Practical knowledge of creating and reporting metrics and KPI’s
Understand      SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the agreement with the customer

3.    Requirements:

•    IT related degree (Desirable)
•    Fluid English (writing, speaking, listening) 
•    Willing to travel (occasionally, up to 3 times per month when needed)
•    Qualifications 
o    (at least 6+ years of experience working in IBM WebSphere Data Interchange)
o    (at least 10+ years of experience working in Infrastructure or IT services)
•    Competencies: IBM WebSphere Data Interchange, Customer centric and Problem-solving skills.
