About the job:-

Votiko is seeking a customer service representative who can interact with our customers and provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Also, you will have to deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.


Location: Surat Gujarat

Salary: 20,000 to - 70,000 /month

Working Days:- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)

Responsibilities:

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

You have to work on computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

 Learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Each and every call you have to make a report.


Requirements:

Qualifications-Any Graduate

3+ years of overall experience in international calling

Excellent knowledge of English.

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
