● Accurately transcribe doctor prescriptions, ensuring clarity and correctness in interpreting medication names, dosages, and instructions.
● Authenticate and approve the prescriptions as per the program requirements.
● Utilize in-depth knowledge of medications, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses to ensure accurate transcription and interpretation of prescriptions.
● Identify and flag potential errors or discrepancies in medication-related documents.
● Assist in documenting and reporting Adverse Events (AEs) related to medications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Support the Pharmacovigilance team in monitoring, recording, and analyzing safety data related to drug usage.
● Monitor and transcribe calls between healthcare professionals and patients, focusing on accurate documentation of medical advice, medication instructions, and patient queries.
● Ensure call transcriptions adhere to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
● Participate in quality audits of transcribed documents, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal protocols.
● Review transcriptions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
● Familiarity with Adverse Event (AE) and Pharmacovigilance (PV) processes and proficient in medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards.
Accountability:
● Accountable for utilizing in-depth knowledge of medications to identify and correct potential errors in transcriptions
● Responsible for assisting in the documentation and reporting of Adverse Events (AEs) related to medications, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
● Responsible for identifying best practices and providing feedback to the team
