We are looking for a Cibersecurity Analyst to architect, implement, and oversee a world-class cybersecurity program that safeguards the organization's digital assets, mitigates risks, and ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information. The Cybersecurity Analyst will play a pivotal role in fostering a cyber-resilient culture, driving collaboration with strategic partners, and positioning the organization as a leader in cybersecurity excellence.


Expected outcomes & responsibilities

By focusing on these key components and measurable outcomes, the Cybersecurity Analyst will contribute significantly to the organization's overall security posture and resilience in the face of evolving cyber threats.

Elaborate cross-company cybersecurity plan to be executed via a squad with stakeholders from multiple areas and implement actions and strategy to guarantee cybersecurity company-wide to preserve our future.

This plan should include people, process, and technology efforts but this role will be the ultimate responsible to make things happen.

  • Reduction in Security Incidents: A decrease in the number and severity of cybersecurity incidents.

  • Adherence to Compliance Standards: Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory cybersecurity standards.

  • Employee Cybersecurity Awareness: Improvements in employee awareness and adherence to cybersecurity best practices.

  • Innovation and Adaptability: Successful integration of innovative cybersecurity technologies and proactive adaptation to emerging threats.

  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback and collaboration from internal and external stakeholders.

Assessment with Current Partners:

  • Collaborate with existing cybersecurity partners to conduct a thorough assessment of the current security infrastructure.

  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the existing cybersecurity framework.

  • Establish a clear communication channel with partners to address concerns and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Security Process Improvements :

  • Support process mapping and improvements in all areas that are related to a potential security risk: Finance, Operations, IT.

  • Cyber security

Program Leadership:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the cybersecurity program, taking ownership of its success and effectiveness.

  • Develop a strategic vision for the cybersecurity program, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.

  • Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and responsibility across all levels of the organization.

Dominance in Cybersecurity:

  • Implement measures to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture and ensure dominance in the field.

  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to proactively address emerging risks.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of cybersecurity initiatives.

Team and Expertise Balance:

  • Build and lead a team of cybersecurity experts with a mix of technical skills and leadership capabilities.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

  • Ensure a balance between technical expertise and effective leadership within the cybersecurity team.
