Required skills
  • Fluent in Danish
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software, familiarity with OS and common applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, patience, and empathy.
  • Analytical and critical thinking for efficient issue resolution, task prioritization.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.
  • Accurate documentation of support interactions and solutions, reporting on common issues.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for issue resolution, willingness to share knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing requirements, flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Efficient time management to meet deadlines, task prioritization based on urgency and impact.
