Your missions

Aerial billboards flying over the conference venue ✅
Pedicabs to ferry conference attendees to their hotels ✅
Served coffee as attendees left their hotels each morning ✅
Handed out hangover recovery kits before each evening event ✅… and many many more fun activations. We’ve done it all at Atlan and we want to do more.

The Mission 🚀
  • Scale our field marketing efforts, both virtual and in-person, into a driving force to help Atlan become a home for data teams around the world. Build repeatable templates to be efficient where possible and experiment continuously to drive new experiences each time.
  • Own and develop our event strategy and calendar, from large splashes like conferences and webinars to closed-door settings like roundtables or wine and dines across the full funnel -> top of funnel to happy customers.
  • Own end-to-end execution of events at Atlan and work with external agencies where needed to make each event successful, including events that Atlan attends, sponsors, and hosts.
  • Raise the bar at each event by analyzing event data and metrics to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Care. Care deeply about each detail and every attendee at every event because that’s what makes Atlan uniquely special - we care about every human of data.

  • What makes you a match for us? 😍
  • 5+ years experience organizing digital and offline events and owning end-to-end execution of the same.
  • Detail orientation in organizing and curating events that people LOVE.
  • The extra attention to detail is what changes the game!
  • Creativity to cut through the noise and stand out regardless of the size and shape of the event.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment with integrity and accountability.
  • A solid understanding of marketing channels for distribution and community marketing.
  • If you are passionate about bringing folks together, hearing impactful stories, and driving growth, we want to hear from you!
