What we’re looking for: 

SHAZAM is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our marketing and communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving key performance metrics, including pipeline generation and funnel conversion rates to meeting and opportunity; as well as engagement driven by lower-funnel account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. This individual collaborates with senior leadership to recommend tactical targets to achieve results.  


What you'll do: 

  • Lead the development and execution of the demand generation strategy and ABM plans aligned to the goals of designated enterprise strategies. 
  • Develop and implement personalized, targeted multi-channel campaigns ABM campaigns that support individual accounts throughout the mid and lower sales funnel.
  • Drive continuous evolution of customer data strategy and operationalize to enable segmentation and personalization by leveraging data.  
  • Ensure timely lead and contact follow-up and establish campaign feedback loop with Sales team members.  
  • Collaborate with product and revenue leaders to define winning messaging and positioning for each business segment, including product launches.
  • Recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, partnerships, and technologies to serve in attaining the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Oversee the development and performance of plans and tactics that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and accelerate inbound requests, resulting in revenue. 
  • Define metrics success and report to marketing and revenue leadership.
  • Measure, forecast, analyze and report impact of demand generation tactics and provide data to leadership on the return of investment of individual marketing campaigns.

What you need:

  • 3 years of marketing experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, lifecycle marketing and social media.
  • Experience operating in a lead generation and funnel management process, generating pipeline and revenue. 
  • Experience building roadmaps to deliver new digital capabilities and launching impactful personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies including by not limited to Salesforce (including Account Engagement), cadence tools and auto-dialing platforms.
  • Curiosity to innovate, test and make recommendations.
