職務内容

日本及びグローバルのライフサイエンス市場におけるハードウェアシステムのサービス実施（認定、メンテナンス、修理、自動化セットアップサポート）。

グローバルフィールドサービスチームが目標とするアクションのリードとサポートに貢献する。

必要条件

少なくとも準学士以上の学位が必要。

オートメーションシステム、電気工学、コンピュータサイエンス、サービスなどの技術分野で3年以上。

日本語が堪能で、口頭および書面での優れた英語コミュニケーションスキルを有すること。

優れた対人スキルを有し、国際的に効果的に業務を遂行できる方。

自発的、戦略的思考、強い責任感、優れたチームワーク。

職場環境：

国内外への出張が50％以上。

オフィスは東京のお台場にあるが、完全リモート。

半期に一度、週末出勤あり。

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Role Description

Service execution (qualification, maintenance, repair, and Automation setup support) for hardware systems in Life Science market in Japan and global.

Contribute to lead and support actions targeted by global field service team.

Requirement

at least associate's degree or above required.

3+ years technical field such as Automation System, Electrical engineering, Computer Science, and Services.

Japanese fluency required and excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively internationally.

Self-motivated, strategic thinking, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork.

Work Environment

Frequent business trip for more than 50% both domestic and overseas.

Office is located in Odaiba, Tokyo, but full remote.

Occasionally work on the weekend once a half years.
