Job description

Technical Project Manager
Contract length: 3-6-months
Opportunity: Full Time, 2 hours CST overlap

Must-Have:
Total Years Of exp: 8+ years experience mandatory
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer.
Mandatory Skills: Product Management: 5 yrs, Java: 2 yrs, React: 2 yrs

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee backend development processes, ensuring high standards of code quality and system performance.
  • Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager and team leader.
  • Some familiarity with Java and React.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Full-time dedication (40 hours/week) with a required 2-hour overlap with CST (Central Standard Time).
