Trading Operations Lead

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and prioritize Operations team assignments in alignment with the activities of the Business Development and Trading teams.
• Ensure effective communication channels with exchanges and partners are maintained.
• Stay abreast of emerging market trends such as new coins, trading pairs, and exchanges, and furnish insightful updates to the trading team.
• Collaborate closely with the finance and accounting units to optimize processes and eradicate inefficiencies.
• Uphold operational security by managing risks associated with security protocols, 2FA, APIs, and exchanges.
• Develop or collaborate on automation tools with the tech team to enhance trading processes' ease and efficiency.
• Establish reporting metrics and statistics to empower decision-making and foster continual enhancement within the department.
• Proactively identify, initiate, and execute strategic and operational enhancements aimed at significant company impact, encompassing cost reduction, error minimization, and trader time optimization.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated expertise in crypto trading operations, market-making, or financial services.
• Basic proficiency in programming.
• Strong organizational and communication proficiencies, with adeptness in task prioritization and multitasking.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
• Proficiency in risk management and automation tools.
• Possess a strategic mindset focused on driving operational excellence and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Availability to work at least half of the day during EET working hours and on-call availability for urgent issues outside regular working hours.
