Job description

Our client, a well-established D2C eCommerce company operating in the USA, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as the eCommerce Operations Manager. This is a full-time remote position dedicated to or managing the operational tasks, ensuring projects meet their due dates, and contributing to our strategic growth plans. eCommerce Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in synchronizing our various departments, including Supply, Logistics, Marketing, Development, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of our Supply, Logistics, Marketing, and Development teams.

  • Manage operational tasks and keep track of project due dates, ensuring timely completion.

  • Ensure alignment of inter-departmental activities with our company's objectives and operational strategies.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency across all operations.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and business scaling initiatives.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize operational performance and uncover new opportunities.

  • Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

  • Coordinate with the department leads managing escalated issues and challenges.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager within an eCommerce or online retail setting.

  • Excellent understanding of eCommerce operations and business functions such as supply, logistics, marketing, and development.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of managing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Experience with task management tools

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in coordinating and motivating teams.

  • Strategic planning and execution experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
