Description

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Regional Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be the key driver for growth and expansion, responsible for developing and executing a strategic go-to-market plan, achieving sales targets, and managing complex sales cycles. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with a team of highly skilled professionals and world-leading customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the EMEA region. This includes identifying target accounts, building channels and partnerships, and implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Execution: Create and implement a region-wide sales plan, drive and exceed quotas, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across EMEA. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with senior-level stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of sales efforts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management. Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Dynamic Environment: Adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment, contributing to a culture of innovation and high performance.



Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in achieving annual revenue targets selling cyber-security software products is a must.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong technical background and understanding of cyber security, particularly in the context of industrial environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid knowledge of industrial sectors and challenges, with an emphasis on OT (Operational Technology).
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a track record of selling to multiple stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles. Experience selling to CISO, CIO, or CTO contacts is preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to uncover, evaluate, grow, and close sales opportunities in a dynamic environment.
  • Leadership: Proven history of excellence in leading sales efforts in early-stage startups
  • Language Skills: High-level proficiency in both English and German is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders across the EMEA region.
  • Attitude: Hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for driving individual and team success.
