Your mission
As the Sales Team Lead for the Nordics, you'll be at the forefront of NeoTaste's international expansion. Reporting to our country lead, your responsibilities include:
Setting up logistics and staffing for three sales hubs in Denmark, Norway and Sweden (Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo - 20 FTE in total)
Establishing a collaborative, high-performance culture through individual and team-level initiatives
Providing guidance, support, and mentorship, including implementing regular team training and 1:1 coaching sessions
Managing day-to-day operations, monitoring KPIs, and prioritising tasks
Immersing yourself in the field, gaining insights to enhance team performance.
Initiating process improvements and innovative approaches. We expect you to challenge yourself and your team to improve our processes and how we work
Collecting the team insights and reporting them to the Country Lead
(Frequent) travel between major cities in the Nordics to lead and support the team
Your profile
You are a native in Scandinavian languages, fluent in English and live in Copenhagen, Stockholm or Oslo
You have worked in a fast-scaling tech startup before and possess 1-3 years of sales leadership experience, including significant experience in data reporting and CRM management, preferably in HubSpot
You have excellent interpersonal skills - you are a team leader that inspires your team
You have experience with setting up group and individual sales coaching plans
You can work independently and accurately
You are resilient and persistent- sales is not always fun.
Experience within the restaurant industry is a plus
