Sales Representative, Inside Sales

 

Location:  Phoenix, AZ

 

ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions provides end-users (healthcare facilities, schools, universities, military, commercial buildings, etc.) with unsurpassed security and life-safety solutions and the essential support services (LEED consultation, code compliance, access control system integration, product research and selection, specification writing services, technical support, etc.) to ensure well-functioning doorway systems in the commercial building industry. Primary Focus Areas:

 

Customer Service/Inside Sales

  • Customer Relations
  • Issue Management (expedites, RGA’s, CCF’s, etc…)
  • Maintain contact and drive revenue by managing Inside Sales Outreach Program target accounts.
  • Lead Sharing
  • Coordinate team efforts to offer get brands approved for project work driving our Substitution Request process

Sales Operations

  • Customer Data and Database Updates and Management
  • Lead Generation Process Management
  • Salesforce Power User
  • Sales Revenue Allocation and Reporting
  • Monthly Sales Reports

Event Management

  • Internal and External Training Event Coordination
  • Fleet (MIS) Event Coordination
  • Trade Show Coordination
  • Meeting/Event Management
  • Lead Distribution and follow-up (in conjunction with Outside Sales Teams)

Secondary Focus Area

  • Back-up for all duties related to Pricing Administrator Role
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

 

  • Candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field or have the work experience commensurate with it.
  • Can do, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong communication and Organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • Experience CRM, Reporting and Contact Management Tools
