Integration Tech Lead/Architect

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:
   

• Lead the design and development of integration solutions across cloud and on-premise environments using MuleSoft, Azure Works, or WSO2.
  
• Ensure the integration architecture meets scalability, reliability, and performance criteria.
  

• Manage integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  
• Have familiarity with Project tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
  

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  
• Review and approve technical designs and code to ensure best practices are followed.
  

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  

• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure integration solutions meet the highest standards.
  
• Conduct regular code reviews and testing to identify and resolve issues early.
  

• Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and best practices.
  
• Propose and implement improvements to existing integration processes and solutions.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 8-12 years of experience in integration projects, with a strong focus on MuleSoft, Azure Works, or WSO2.
  
• Proven experience in designing and developing integration solutions.
  
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Certification in relevant integration technologies is a plus.
  

Requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with API management and integration platforms.
  
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  
• Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and on-premise to cloud migration.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
