About the team:

The Shared Services team are passionate about providing high quality, efficient and well-defined support to the case teams. Supporting Fragomen’s consultants and attorneys, the Shared Services team provide exceptional business support through the completion of a range of different processes and tasks. The team continues to grow and develop, and the aim is to provide a clear, transparent, and flexible service that welcomes a collaborative approach between case and coordinator teams.

About the role:
The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen’s offices in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Draft immigration applications in Swedish, Croatian and Serbian language
  • Maintain Fragomen’s database and client folders up to date
  • Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen’s database
  • Book appointments/ Check appointment availability
  • Participate in case audits/ closing cases
  • Take on any additional projects as required

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative and data entry skills, this can be taken from either previous work experience or educational background. You will be comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills. These roles require a high level of Swedish, Croatian and Serbian language skills.

Also required:

  • Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Uses communication skills to influence and achieve objective
  • Be confident in written communication with government authorities
  • Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Be proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision
  • Ability to plan workload, meet deadlines and priorities
  • Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
  • Completes tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations
  • Ability to work towards and complete workload in line with set targets
  • Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, Internet, and email systems

Fragomen in Sheffield:

Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken.
