Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel bookings, training schedules, and medical appointments. The role requires frequent communication through texting and emailing, ensuring that all resources are efficiently allocated and scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members and clients.
  • Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
  • Arrange medical appointments for employees, including regular check-ups, specialized care, and any required follow-ups.
  • Communicate effectively through frequent texting and emailing to ensure all parties are informed of schedule changes, updates, and confirmations.
  • Maintain and update records of all bookings, appointments, and training sessions in an organized manner.
  • Liaise with vendors, trainers, and medical professionals to ensure smooth coordination and execution of all appointments and events.
  • Provide timely reminders and follow-ups to ensure that all scheduled activities are attended and completed.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Responsiveness and flexibility are essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in resource coordination or administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in frequent texting and emailing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and booking software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
