In this exciting new role as the the Senior Relationship Manager, you will support the Lead as a regional (UK/I or DACH) interface between The Adaptavist Group and Atlassian. Your role will play a crucial part in supporting the shape and strengthening of our partnership with Atlassian.
The Senior Relationship Manager will focus on building and nurturing relationships, enabling a channel sales motion, ensuring outstanding partner service, and fostering innovation. You will lead collaboration alongside peers and work closely with Enterprise Advocates (EAs), and The Adaptavist Group’s; Business Development, Account Management, Marketing and Product teams to drive mutual success.
Finally, as the Senior Relationship Manager you will also co-lead the creation and management of yearly Atlassian specific event planning to enhance the sales pipeline within the regional business development and marketing teams.
While this is a remote role, candidates should be locally based in Cologne, Frankfurt or Wiesbaden.
What you'll be doingCo-lead the regional (UK/I or DACH) Atlassian relationship strategyEstablish and maintain trusted relationships between the Business Development and Account Management teams as well the Atlassian - EA’sInfluence change within Adaptavist towards building the Atlassian partnership and individual relationshipsProvide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from Atlassian, identifying and coordinating the necessary Adaptavist resources to - meet their needsEnable cross-sell campaigns within existing accounts, working closely with practice leads in areas such as Agile, ITSM, and CloudManage partnership interactions, including social engagement, online participation, and in-person eventsActively participate in Atlassian Community Events (ACEs) to represent Adaptavist and strengthen relationshipsCreate co-sell motions and campaign ideas with Atlassian, ensuring a powerful partnership that drives greater attendance and engagement at eventsKeep Atlassian stakeholders informed and engaged through regular communicationFacilitate communication within strategic accounts between Atlassian and Adaptavist Account Managers by ensuring regular cadences are in placeCollaborate with the Team Lead, Relationships Managers and Atlassian to identify leads and greenfield opportunities to help growLead regular cadences between the business development, account management and Atlassian EAs to help identify collaboration and relationships between prospective clients in a proactive wayWhat we're looking forExcellent organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with others and senior managementAn ability to think innovatively and creativelyProven experience in supporting strategic partnershipsAbility to navigate difficult conversations, solve complex problems, and effectively scale initiatives across a large organization and distributed teamsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in high-level strategic discussions as well as drive tactical initiativesProactive, sales-oriented, and customer-focused mindset, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work across multiple teamsCapable of using strong influence and negotiation skills to effectively persuade stakeholders, fostering the adoption of new ideas, acceptance of viewpoints, and proactive action-taking to drive desired outcomesAble to establish working relationships with key leaders and stakeholders within both The Adaptavist Group and AtlassianA few nice to havesFluent in both spoken and written English; proficiency in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch would be a valuable asset Mentorship and coaching experience of peers#LI-DA1
