What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Automate Engineer with 3-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Automate, Power Apps, and other RPA technologies, with a passion for improving business processes and efficiency. This role involves developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and reduce manual effort, alongside API development and integration.

Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.]
Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate and RPA tools
Utilize Power Apps to create custom applications that support and enhance automation initiatives
Automate interactions with various applications and platforms, including
Web application
Desktop application
Excel
PDF document
Image processing
SAP system
Mainframe system
Develop and maintain scripts for database automation tasks
Design, develop, and implement APIs to facilitate automation and integration with other systems
Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort
Leverage Azure cloud services to execute and manage automation tasks and solutions
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the organization
Troubleshoot and debug automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Utilize GitHub for version control and collaborate effectively with team members
Implement deployment procedures for automation workflows and solutions
Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in automation and software development.
What You May Need to be Successful:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-7 years of professional experience in software development with expertise in Python, Selenium, Beautiful Soup, and automation solutions.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools.
• Proficiency in automating interactions with web applications, desktop applications, Excel, PDF documents, images, SAP systems, and mainframe systems.
• Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and working with relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience in API development and implementation.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with deployment procedures for automation workflows and solutions.
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, particularly in executing and managing automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Candidate is expected to work From Home and the work timings in principle will be - 12PM – 10PM or 2PM - 11PM IST.
- Need to Travel, if business requires to Bangalore Location for a project specific.
