Today, Exelab is looking for a Project Leader, the figure who more than any other in the company must be able to capture the true essence of the customer's needs and turn it into a high-impact project.

The specific responsibilities of the Project Leader include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time according to the executive plan, managing the related budgets.

As a Project Leader, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, and your task will be to coordinate processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and achieve the desired results.

Design and analysis skills are essential for the role, accompanied by organizational skills and relational capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying customer needs and constructing a project proposal, interfacing with the managers of the involved areas as necessary, and verifying its feasibility also from a technical standpoint;
  • Drafting project documents and requirements, involving analysts and the managers of the involved areas;
  • Planning the scheduled activities with sizing, resource allocation, and timings, in coordination with the program manager and the managers of the involved areas;
  • Monitoring the progress of activities and supervising their correct execution, also through direct management of activities within project management tools;
  • Evaluating the performance of execution in relation to the budget;
  • Building and maintaining the relationship with the client and all involved stakeholders, updates, reports, and progress status, collecting feedback and reports;
  • Identifying new opportunities related to the client's needs within the same project or potential different projects.
