Job description

We are an innovative iGaming company, established four years ago by a passionate team of professionals. As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a seasoned Head of Gaming (CBDO) to influence and manage our Gaming department, drive strategy, and strengthen relationships with our partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the game managers team to ensure effective collaboration and performance;
  • Negotiating terms and discounts with game providers to achieve performance goals;
  • Interacting with game providers and aggregators to offer local and network tournaments, game positioning, and promo management;
  • Coordinating the release of new games on our platform, conducting fraud checks, and optimizing game positioning;
  • Generating and analyzing reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement;
  • Ensuring regular lobby reviews and creating promo plans;
  • Launching network tournaments and pre-launches, controlling banner placements, and monitoring promo activity;
  • Monitoring discounts from providers and the platform;
  • Collaborating with other departments such as product, loyalty, retention, and marketing;
  • Preparing for the launch of new projects related to game providers.


Skills:

  • Experience in the igaming industry: 3+ years;
  • Expert knowledge of game mechanics, design, providers, and specific games;
  • Team management experience of at least 3 people;
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher;
  • Successful experience negotiating basic commissions;
  • Ability to create presentations for game providers;
  • Experience managing deals related to streamers, free spins, tournaments, and other activities.
