Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic communicator to join our team as an Appointment Setter and support our clients by increasing their revenue by setting appointments with potential customers. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrate a talent for educating and convincing potential clients, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Appointment setters will be responsible for qualifying potential customers, contacting them on the phone, sending them emails/sms, and scheduling appointments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls and emails and conduct outbound appointment settings via phone.
  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other forms of communication.
  • Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue.
  • Properly explain the products and services to prospective clients when making appointments.
  • Use effective communication and persuasive techniques to overcome objections, close deals, and meet appointment targets.
  • Maintain high professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an appointment setter or a similar role within a sales environment.
  • Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (Pacific Standard Time).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to follow a structured process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets.
  • Demonstrates a capacity for innovation and creative thinking beyond conventional approaches.
  • Having Salesforce (CRM) experience is a plus.
