Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the back-end development team to design, develop, and maintain robust SaaS platforms.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
  • Oversee code quality and best practices through code reviews and testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Maintain and enhance existing back-end services and APIs.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in Java: 7+ years of experience in Java programming and related technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • Back-End Architecture: 5+ years of experience in designing scalable back-end architectures.
  • Relational Databases: 5+ years of experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
  • API Development: 3+ years of experience in API development (RESTful API, gRPC).
  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies: 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
  • DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud native platform such as K8s.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Python.
