It is a very exciting time of growth for our Customer Excellence team, and we are currently hiring a D365 F&O Solutions Architect with a strong focus in Finance to join our fast-growing team.

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.

What will my role entail?

As a D365 F&O Solutions Architect you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Quisitive team members and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support multiple projects as the oversight for system design and quality assurance
  • Train, guide and coach consultants/senior consultants
  • Full lifecycle project duties including:
    • Pre-sales solution engineering, project definition/estimation, business requirements analysis, QA functional design and ongoing QA activities related to the build and deploy phases
  • Create gap analysis between standard functionality and the customer’s requirements
  • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, or workarounds to meet the customer's requirements
  • Understand documentation standards, and QA documentation required for enhancements and integrations
  • Assist industry leads in estimating the steps in formulating their solution maps (based on industry knowledge)
  • Identify, scope, develop, and present new solutions (out of scope of project) to the customer

What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • 10+ years of experience working with D365 and have participated in multiple full lifecycle implementations
  • Knowledge of D365 customization process (tools, LCS, TFS, etc.)
  • Conduct system integration, data migration, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets
  • Strong experience in secondary areas; Project Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Case management or Field Services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous consulting experience in a customer facing role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel to customer meetings when required

  • Experience in presales activities including, solution demo, industry SME, estimating and creating SOW's
