About the role:

As the Technical Operations Associate at INGENIOUS.BUILD you will get the unique experience of being the go-to professional for Engineering. You will work directly with the VP of Engineering and Product on process improvement, educating the teams on new and existing processes, and work cross-functionally with the organization to ensure effective communication.

In this position you will be responsible for managing multiple process-related projects for the Engineering department, providing assistance and support with devices, hardware, and software issues, and coordinating and working through various administrative tasks that the VP of Engineering and Product gives you.

We are looking for a problem solver who can be a powerhouse of problem-solving and efficiency.

In this position, you will:

Lead day-to-day operations as assigned by the VP of Engineering
Act as a partner for training and educating teams on new and existing processes, you will be required to provide detailed documentation
Provide support with software licenses and hardware maintenance as needed
Own the full life cycle of projects from ideation through deployment and optimize the full-release value stream
Leading all efforts in creating and managing multiple Jira and Scrum projects for process optimization
Observe teams to identify opportunities in defining project scope, requirements, and delivery
Organize Pen Tests, You will manage security scans, and ensure that security policies are defined, followed, and compliant with various audits.
Jira, You will need to fix processes, run reports, and ensure collaboration between the teams and leadership

Skills and Experience needed:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Prior experience in IT support or related roles in a startup or Saas company
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Ubuntu), and network protocols
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Prior startup experience is preferred
Relevant IT certifications are a plus
