HubSpot Manager 

40 hours per week, Full-time. Remote

The role: You will work with a fast-growing European B2B tech startup specializing in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. With over $30 million in funding from leading venture capital firms, the team is passionate, driven, and committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers and leading the blockchain revolution.

Position: HubSpot Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HubSpot Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our CRM systems, optimising customer interactions, and ensuring data integrity to drive effective marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: oversee the daily operation and maintenance of our CRM system & ensure it is effectively capturing all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: analyse & generate reports on CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Campaign Management: plan, execute and monitor CRM campaigns, as well as tracking & reporting the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.

  • Customer Engagement: develop strategies to enhance customer engagement & retention, and monitor customer feedback to improve customer experience.

  • Customer Segmentation & Targeting: develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation to enable personalised marketing. 

  • System Optimization & Training: identify and implement improvements to the CRM system to enhance usability and functionality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.

  • Proficiency in CRM software HubSpot and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer journey mapping.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Ability to work closely aligned to CET working hours
